Easy Returns

Return Policy 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product up to 15 days from the day you purchased it and receive a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 15 days. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and/or with tags attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale 30% off or more is not eligible for return. 

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. 

Shipping:

To return your product you should mail your product to 225 N. Salem St. Apex, NC 27502. You will be responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item over $75 consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
